Hi, I replaced mine a few days ago, and it charges, I bought it in a local mobile part store, for 13 euros but it seems that it keeps a solid charge. If you screw all the screws tightly around the connector. It is probably a faulty battery.

I wouldn't recommend this phone now, Nokia 8 is definitely my go-to recommendation for budget gaming
