January 17, 2024I got this turntable as a Christmas gift for my fiance, and it works wonderfully--the sound quality is great, the instructions are very straightforward, and it's a pretty sturdy, compact turntable (as opposed to being fragile) in that I've had to transport it/carry it a couple times while moving. I like that it has an automatic needle and it's a pretty simple design for functionality and ease of use (this is our first turntable, so I'm still learning the ropes). I've only played a couple vinyls on it so far, but it's still a magical moment for me every time the needle hits the record--I doubt I'll ever tire of that.
If I had to list any gripes, I have two very minor ones: One, I still haven't been able to get it to connect to my Airpods through Bluetooth. I may be doing something wrong, but it just isn't "finding" the connection, so they don't link up. I certainly don't mind listening to it over the stereo, the sound is beautiful, but I read that this is an upgraded model designed specifically for Bluetooth, and it hasn't worked yet. I'll keep trying with other devices--maybe it is just hard the first time? My second very minor gripe is that though it has been advertised in coming in red, but I didn't see any in stock at the two Best Buys I went to, and it was sold out online. I certainly understand that it'd be more popular, but I guess I was hoping that that would mean there would be a higher supply. Still, the black is very sleek and cool, so I have no real problem with it--like I said, my gripes were minor. Overall, definitely a great piece of technology--I love having music in the house without worrying about ads, battery power, the next track, etc. I love it.

July 21, 2024Pretty great turntable for the cost!
I brought this because I wanted to get into physical audio merch and needed a better turntable after my friend mistakenly purchased a victrola briefcase one (which is absolutely terrible).
But anyways it's pretty great for someone like me who has no real knowledge of turntables and for the price I'd say it gets the job done!
Audio obviously depends on the speaker you connect it with but overall the turntable itself is pretty great. Honestly, it's forgettable at first when it's set at 30 or 45 rpm but it's not that big of a deal.
The Bluetooth connectivity is really amazing. I currently connected it to my Sony STR-DH590 sterio receiver with Bluetooth and with that I just connect it to my bass amp manually with a guitar cord.
So to go back to the Bluetooth, it works like a charm, just make sure nothing with Bluetooth is activated around it when first connecting if you don't mean to connect that and everything will be fine.
In conclusion, it's a fantastic beginner turntable with great Bluetooth connectivity and great easy startup.

June 13, 2024Hello All!
I bought this to review and check all my old vinyl LPs, 12" singles and 45s.
It's amazingly simple to set-up. Everything was up and running in about 10-15 minutes (including unboxing the stuff). I went for the Bluetooth record deck which connects to the speakers by just holding down the Bluetooth button and the light changes from red to blue when connected to the speakers - then you are all set! The basic controls are start, stop, lift and lower tone arm (useful), speed (33 / 45) and then a 12" and 7" setting. The start button moves the tone arm automatically to whatever the 12"/7" setting is and starts playing so it's a piece of cake to use. You can also raise the tone arm and move it manually where you want, press start and then lower it if you need to play from a particular place.
The speakers are great - the sound is very good - nice bass and treble controls and quite loud in my 2nd bedroom which is about 10x12 - very natural sound and dynamic.
Anyway, thanks K&B - this is a brill set-up and I'm chuffed with it.
Cheers Zipa.
Works and sounds great!

March 20, 2024I purchased this product almost 4 years ago, back in 2019. It's easy and simple to use. Connect the power cord in the back and plug it in, pick your favorite album and lay it on the table, push the Bluetooth button to connect to whatever speaker device you choose or plug the cords it comes with to the back of the player and to your shelf speakers, and press play. As far as sound goes, I've connected it to bookshelf speakers, multiple JBL speakers at the same time, wireless headphones, a sound bar, air pods, and to my 1999 Bose speakers, 2 that are the size of tweets with an awesome amp that reminds me of a Rockford Fosgate punch 60, purchased to use with my Dell PC, when flatscreens first became available, and it sounded great. I've played the just unwrapped the plastic vinyl, 40 year old vinyl, and even vinyl that I've purchased from the thrift store, and it played them all without skipping a beat. I live right by an airport, a double set RR tracks that shake my whole apartment building, and neighbirs with the worst kids in the complex that are always beating and banging on the walls and hasn't made the needle jump, which I have yet to replace. You can't bring out your 80's mixing skills and start spinning because that's not what it's for, but for the price, it does everything that it's .supposed to do. So whether you want to go classic and start off with some Sinatra, amming to some Bob, rock with Jimi, go soul with King, smoke, I mean bump the Chronic with Dre, or Dubstep to some techno you can't go wrong with purchasing this Audio-Tecnica turntable.
