i usually dont comment on products but since this one is expensive and i spent an outragous amount on it, i decided to comment. So, not worth the cash! it's not so good, too expensive for its slightly above average smell. aventus in 2010-2018 produced good batches but it stopped especially from 2022 onwards. so any videos, recommendations, and discussions about it are not applicable as it does not represent the new batches they make. batches are like updates for perfumes and many/all brands do this. They initially release the perfume with its good smell but after strengthening its image, they will reduce its quality to increase profit margins and or due to increased regualtions in the perfume industry limiting the amount of ingredients used in the perfume. so creed aventus right now is not a solution as they were bought by blackrock a few years ago and blackrock decided to reduce the qulaity of creed's perfumes to reduce costs. Therefore, aventus popularity has been decreasing for the past 5 years. I'd urge you to opt for another perfume such as blue de chanel, giorgio armani acqua di gio parfum/profumo, club de nuit intense if you'd still like to smell identical to creed aventus but at 10% of the price. (i bought one 4-5 months ago and let it outside its box for 2 months and then put it back inside for 2 months and i compared my newly bought aventus against the club de nuit intense and it was IDENTICAL. no joke. its only 34-35-chf. check it out). let me know if you got any questions and i'd be happy to help as i dont want anyone to irritate themselves with perfume research as ive been doing that for years. just drop me a question and ill try to respond helpfully. I thought I was insane spending as much as I did on this cologne a couple years ago. The good news is that I wear it just two to three times per week, and it is powerful enough that you literally need one spritz on your wrists to rub together, and one sprayed on your neck or chest. It lasts over eight hours. So, my 3.3 oz bottle just went dry on me after 2.5 years or so. And...after watching a woman video-review colognes, one of which was Creed Aventus, she said that women will nearly attack you having been overwhelmed by how good you smell. It is true. I referee a certain sport, and on a girls tournament weekend, I checked the rosters of the players while standing next to the coach. She literally whipped her head toward me, leaned in, and said "Oh my God...you smell incredible", asking "what is that you are wearing?!?!? She paused...leaned in again and said..."Oh my God...I want to eat you up!" Truly. She gained no favor as I called the match though (haha). Since then I have had a handful of other compliments: I noted a woman in a department store kind of trailing me until she finally approached me and said "Excuse me, but I can't get over how wonderful your scent is...what is that cologne because I want to buy it for my husband." So men...if you want to smell so good, that women are moved enough to comment about it...then Creed Aventus is your cologne. I agree with another review that said that you sort of feel like you are in an exclusive club when you wear it: you KNOW how good you smell, and it makes you feel great about yourself. It is truly an elegant cologne.

After owning Creed Aventus through several batches since 2016 to present day (2024), I still absolutely LOVE this scent DNA. It's super versatile. Great for the Spring and Summer with its fresh citrus opening, yet strong enough to punch through the colder weather seasons.

Whilst the Creed batch variations have created a stir over the years, I have honestly only really noticed a drop in performance in 2019-2021. The 2016-2017 were awesome. However, the latest batch F-batch codes are on par with the 2016-2017 batches, showing a noticeable improvement.

This scent DNA was a trend setter, many have tried to copy, however failed to achieve the same perfect and niche quality.

Creed Aventus (like Green Irish Tweed) will forever remain ICONIC.

This product is fake, not real, not even close to the real thing it’s damaged. Someone has opened the package and resealed it. It could be farther from a real bottle of Creed. I want my money back and I want a real bottle of Creed, which is what I paid for. I’ve taken pictures and videos, which I’m gonna send to Creed. I also have the sellers information did not know you guys sold third-party products, I think you guys should definitely screen. The people are working with as it makes Walmart lawsuit waiting to happen. I will be sending over the information of the seller and to Creed corporate to make sure they know what’s going on. People are duplicating their property and putting them on walmart.com. I’ve also visited the Creed storeto make sure of authenticity, which I already knew because I buy this product very frequently very very disappointed
